Tremmel Auction Service was founded by David Tremmel Jr., a born-and-raised Claysburg, PA native whose passion for auctioneering runs deep. Growing up, David spent countless weekends attending auctions with his parents and sister, and it was during those formative years that he developed a genuine love for the energy and tradition of the trade.
At just 14 years old in 2007, David earned his auctioneer apprenticeship license—an impressive start to what would become his life’s calling. From his very first auction, he was hooked on the craft.
What drives David is simple: the genuine joy he sees when helping people turn forgotten items into real cash, or when assisting families as they close one chapter and begin the next. Whether it’s clearing out a garage full of dusty treasures or facilitating major estate sales, David finds meaning in every transaction.
